What happens after I've signed up?

Book an in person or phone intro session (opportunity to go over any questions, injuries, talk you through the space, session structure etc)

Access to our booking app, TeamUp. Fill out the forms and waivers.

Access to our Luna Wolf Hub, Everfit.

All done? You are all set and ready for your first session.

What times are the sessions?

We have 28 sessions to choose from throughout the week.

How long are the workouts?

Our workout sessions  last 45 minutes. We believe in quality over quantity and focus on making each workout as effective as possible. (YOGA sessions are 60 minutes) 

How do I book onto classes?

You will be given access to our booking system TeamUp, where you can book all of your sessions

What kind of equipment do you use during workouts?

We use a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, and cardio machines. We also incorporate bodyweight exercises and functional training techniques to keep workouts challenging and effective

Are the sessions suitable for beginners?

Yes they are! Our classes are designed to be suitable for beginners or advanced members. Sessions will be coach led so there will always be one of us guiding you through the session. 

Can you work around my injury?

Absolutely - we can work around your injury!
During your intro session, we’ll go over the specifics of your injury and any limitations you might have. Our small group setup is designed to be flexible and adaptable - we tailor the movements and intensity to meet you where you’re at, so you can train safely, confidently, and effectively while you recover or manage your injury.
